We are ideally located as a base for sightseeing or if you are newly landed we are conveniently located  within walking distance of local Offices to obtain S.I.N number and driving test and licensing information.

We can also book you an orientation tour of the city if you need an overview of the city prior to looking at properties. Mark will also be happy to book and accompany you to viewings .

We encourage our guests to leave their car with us, as we have ample off road parking, and we are steps away from metro transit. Jump on a bus to downtown (a 15min ride) or take a free transfer between bus and ferry on the oldest salt water ferry in North America to Dartmouth. With a ten minute ride The ferry offers a unique view from the water across Halifax harbour.
